A science show is a sequence of dramatic demonstrations of science experiments on stage. The idea is to inspire the kids to pursue science beyond the classroom and find joy in learning. These shows also fascinate adults since there are several strange phenomena to witness.
2.What will happen in the show?
Several experiments from physics and chemistry are demonstrated on the stage. The scientific explanations are delivered in an interesting fashion. An audience member may be invited to take a closer look or participate in a demonstration.
3.Who conducts the science show?
The members of the YS team will create and perform the show. Third-party experts may be invited on special occasions to join the crew.
4.What is the benefit for children?
The idea is to inspire the kids to pursue science beyond the classroom and find joy in learning. The benefit that a child derives depends on many factors including their aptitude, home and school environment.
5.What is the typical duration for the show?
The YS Science Show usually lasts for 2 to 3 hours.
6.What are the permitted ages for the show?
Kids of classes III to XII are best suited for our science show; registration may also be opened to the accompanying adults.
7.Can the parent attend along with children?
Parents or guardians accompanying a child may attend the show if registration is open to them. This is decided after considering several factors in the planning stage.
8.Will attending a science show improve the academic performance of my child?
We aim to provide a positive science experience and hope that the children are motivated to study further at home and with enthusiasm.

10.How safe is this for young children?
Safety is paramount in our science shows and we take every precaution to avoid accidents. We design each show to suit the safety regulations imposed by the venue and the nature of the audience. However, there is always room for human error and we will not consciously put anyone at risk.
11.What language do you conduct the show in?
Our default medium of communication is English.
12.Will the children be allowed to do an experiment?
Depending on the venue, audience size, nature of the occasion, we may invite volunteers to take a closer look or participate in the science demonstrations.

Yes, with the generous help of various NGOs, private sponsors and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) divisions, we have been able to conduct science shows across the state and country.
16.Will you be able to conduct a show in a native language?
Although it is difficult, it is possible to design a show in languages other than English with sufficient time for preparation and for a reasonable cause.
17.Are there different types of science shows you conduct?
Yes, we have multiple types of science shows tailor-made to suit the venue and occasion. Shows are done in schools, at birthday parties, at corporate events, rural areas, and even online via video conferencing. The content of the shows is also constantly updated to improve and to stay interesting.
